1. General Terms:

• Updated commission prices can be found on my Commission Information Page. You will be charged the price the commission was advertised as at the time of the placement of your order.

• The below terms may vary depending on the scope of the commission, but will be specified in discussions.

• I reserve the right to discontinue a commission at any time. This can be for a variety of reasons such as disrespectful behavior towards me or due to a change in circumstances that halts progression of the work.

2. Client obligations:

• Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.

• Maintain polite conduct.

• Provide relevant references, descriptions, and/or moodboards that will assist in the completion of the work. Without clarity of the subject matter, the commission may fail to meet expectations.

• Clearly outline any requirements regarding the file format of the commission or how it is to be delivered prior to commencement of work. Default sizes and formats are explained on the commission page. Changes must be discussed. Increase in scale of the work will incur additional fees.

• Respond in a timely manner so work is not delayed.

• Read the Terms of Service and Commission Information sections carefully.

3. Process and Customer Feedback:

• Commissions can take upward of 2 weeks to finalise. I will give my best expectation for the completion date once a commission has begun, but this is subject to change. You will be notified of changes to the expected completion date. Please feel free to enquire about my current expected work timelines prior to booking with me.

• Sketch commissions and works valuing below $65 AUD cannot be revised.

• You will be required to fill out the commission form located here.

• Work commences when the 50% deposit (where applicable) is received. A 50% deposit is required for works over $65. For commissions below $65, full payment is required after the concept has been settled on. Work will not be delivered until the payment is cleared.

• “Work in Progress” sketches are heavily watermarked and delivered in capped quality. You do not have permission to use the sketches for any purpose other than discussing the progression of the work. You may not distribute or finalise my sketches without my involvement.

• You ARE NOT allowed to input my work, sketch or otherwise, into any kind of AI art program.

• Unless specified prior to commencement, the work will be delivered as a digital A4 page. Larger works are charged an additional $10 by increase in dimension. (A3= +$10, A2=+$20 etc.) Smaller sizes are offered for free but must be decided on prior to commencement.

• Excluding the “Sketch” tier, Commissions under $100 will include 1 “Work in Progress” sketch prior to finalisation. This stage allows for *minor* changes to be made prior to finish. Any changes that require me to redraw a large portion of the work is *not* considered minor and will incur an additional charge based on complexity.

• Commissions over $100 will include an initial “Work in Progress” sketch for feedback before advancement. It will also include a second progress shot of the work nearer to finalisation, which will allow for *minor* changes to be made. Any changes that require me to redraw a large portion of the work at this stage is *not* considered minor and will incur an additional charge based on complexity.

4. Payment and Delivery

• All price listings are listed in AUD (Australian Dollar)

• For commissions over $65, a 50% deposit is required before work is commenced.

• For commissions below $65, full payment is required after the concept for the work has been settled.

• Adding colour to a commission will incur an extra cost of $35, excluding promotional posters, book covers, or illustrations that have tailored quotes.

• Unique commissions that do not fit into the specified categories will be priced based on their complexity and expected completion time. The client will be offered a quote based on the information they give in the commission form and subsequent communications.

• Increasing the size of the artwork will increase by $10 per increase in dimension.

• The finished work will not be delivered until the final payment has been cleared.

• You may not file a chargeback against me after you have paid for the work.

• Work is typically delivered as a digital file, transferred via email or a shared folder on google drive. The client will have 1 month to access this folder before I have the right to delete it in the interest of efficient storage.

5. Copyright/ Usage policy

• Commissions are not for commercial use. Works with commercial purposes in mind must be clarified prior to commencement, and will incur additional cost.

• I reserve the ownership of any completed artwork. I may post my art online, through physical publishing, or anywhere else I see fit and claim ownership.

• You may not republish my work to claim it as their own. You may not remove any watermarks or signatures I have placed on the work. You may not sell my work commercially.

• You may not add my work to an AI database or modify it with AI and claim it as your own.

• You may publish my work, but only if you credit me as the artist. This includes adding my social media handle, especially when posted on a platform where I am active.

• You do not have the right to sell commissions for NFT.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

• I do not give refunds for completed works.

• Deposits (of 50%) will not be refunded if the client cancels their order after the process has begun.

• If I have to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances on my end where I cannot complete the work, the payment will be refunded.
